Decorators. Strong candidates will demonstrate a refined sense of aesthetics, adaptive customer service skills, and the foresight to prevent accidents or damage to installed products.

Installers. Strong candidates will demonstrate the physical ability to handle the manual installation of various window styles. Furthermore, they will be mindful of ethics, safety procedures, customer care, personal hygiene, and punctuality. Finally, they will coordinate with fellow installers and work as a team.
